February 2016

September 2015

The Hong Kong-Taiwan Economic and Cultural Cooperation and Promotion Council (ECCPC) then Chairperson, Mr Charles Lee (second left), and then Taiwan-Hong Kong Economic and Cultural Co-operation Council (THEC) Chairman, Dr Lin Chu-chia (second right), meet the media after the joint meeting. The sixth joint meeting of the ECCPC and the THEC was held in Hong Kong on September 17 2015. The meeting was co-chaired by the ECCPC then Chairperson, Mr Charles Lee (back row, second left), and THEC then Chairman, Dr Lin Chu-chia (back row, second right).

"Hong Kong Week 2015" was held in Taipei between September 10 and October 11, 2015. With the theme of "Arts through Time", the event featured large-scale exhibitions, performing arts programmes, a performing arts forum as well as a wide range of extension activities. ECCPC then Vice Chairperson, Mr Fredric Mao, attended the opening reception.

The "Hong Kong-Taichung Intercity Forum" concluded successfully in Taichung on July 31, 2014. Over 150 government officials, experts and relevant stakeholders from Hong Kong and Taichung City participated in the event. ECCPC then Vice Chairpersons, Mr Gregory So (fourth left) and Dr Ko Wing-man (sixth left), attended the forum.

December 2013

The then Chairman of the Hong Kong-Taiwan Economic and Cultural Cooperation and Promotion Council, Mr Charles Lee, rode on a double-decker tram at the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park on December 12, 2013 and viewed an exhibition marking the 50th anniversary of classic comic character "Old Master Q". This real-size Hong Kong double-decker tram is one of Hong Kong's cultural icons and Taiwan people may take free rides on the tram at the cultural park to have a feel of Hong Kong's glamour and history until February 9, 2014.
