| The fourth instalment of “Hong Kong Week” was held in Taipei. With the theme of “Arts through Time”, this event showcased the creation and passing on of legacies in different artistic fields in Hong Kong to the people in Taiwan.

| The “Hong Kong-Taoyuan Intercity Forum” was held in Taoyuan. The Secretary for Transport and Housing and Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs participated in the event in their respective ECCPC capacities.
